Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy for all online orders is Haute Totz store credit only. 

Items must be returned within 14 days of being delivered.  Items must be with original tags and packaging.  Items without original tag will not be accepted as a return.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.  All monogrammed items are final sale.  All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. 

Items purchased with a gift card will receive store credit.  Items purchased with Paypal will also receive store credit. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Orders shipped with a discount code or free shipping that are returned will be charged a $10 shipping fee against the item returned. 

If you need to exchange sizes or styles please reach out to Haute Totz for the fastest service on your item being replaced before sending back.  Please call the store at 903.534.5888 during business hours. 

If by mistake you receive damaged merchandise or an incorrect item please contact Haute Totz at 903.534.5888. All claims must be made with 14 days of receiving the item.  Proof of return shipment will be required if for any reason the shipment is not received by Haute Totz

All items being returned to Haute Totz are sent back at the customers expense.  We recommend shipping USPS, FedEx or UPS with a tracking number.  Haute Totz is not responsible for any items lost during transit.  All items returned will be processed withing 3 business days. 
Address changes for orders must be received in writing within 6 hours of oringal order placed.  Haute Totz is not responsible for items shipped to incorrect address.  Please make sure your address and shipping information is correct. 
Haute Totz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  All shipments will receive a tracking email as the order is shipped.  At that time, it is the buyer's responsibility for contacting that said shipping company for lost or stolen packages. 
Once an order confirmation has been given, that order may not be a cancelled for a refund.  Customer will receive store credit.  If an item has been shipped at the time of cancellation, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of any returned items.
